		<description>I am in a small town and we have a store here that does restaurant supply, I suspect there is a place near you that you can go into and actually see what you are purchasing.  I agree that buying from a restaurant supplier gives you a far better product.  They aren&#8217;t cheap though.  BTW, I loved Kitchen Confidential.  &lt;3

		<description>A Best Fixture. I think the e mail is abest.com.  Ricky Papaleo is the owner a great guy, I used to own a chain of over 100 pizza stores he supplied all of them.  He now ships smallwares all over the country tell him Scott Granneman sent you and I&#8217;m sure he&#8217;ll knock a few bucks off of anything you buy.

		<description>Definitely try Mission Restaurant Supply. They have a great online store and they have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. I&#8217;ve shopped there many times (both for my home and my job) and I&#8217;ve always been impressed by their prices. If you can&#8217;t find what you need just by searching online, try calling them.
